Atlanta’s new Major League Soccer club is set to kick off its inaugural season on Sunday night at 7:30 p.m. Much like football games in the fall, the match will bring a lot of people unfamiliar with campus to Georgia Tech. So what can people expect?
- Those taking MARTA will be encouraged to enter campus both via North Avenue as well as the Third Street tunnel. The club offers a transportation guide on its website: www.atlutd.com/matchday/stadium-guide
- Parking lots will open 4 hours prior to each home match. This will impact some campus permit holders. Parking and Transportation Services has complete instructions at c.gatech.edu/atlutd-park.
- Stadium gates will open 90 minutes prior to start. A stadium guide is available at: www.atlutd.com/matchday/stadium-guide
- Report any concerns by calling the Georgia Tech Police Department at 404-894-2500.
