With the city of Atlanta hosting to the college football national championship next week, Georgia Tech is encouraging staff and faculty to consider modifying their work schedule for Monday, Jan. 8.

Georgia Tech will maintain its normal class schedule and operations. However, in order to accommodate the unusually high volume of traffic anticipated, supervisors are requested to be flexible and allow modified work schedules as appropriate — including teleworking and/or flexible work periods.

Employees should consult with their supervisor in advance to make any adjustments in their work schedule. Questions may be sent to Georgia Tech Human Resources, at hr.ask@ohr.gatech.edu.
