MOR Leadership Training Builds Leadership Skills in OIT

Several staff members in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) have embarked upon an eight-month leadership program designed especially for university professionals to help build their competencies for leading in the 21^st century. The program entitled MOR IT Leaders Program, offered by MOR Associates, is made up of a network of university IT professionals across the nation.

“The program is really designed to challenge us and strengthen our leadership skills as a team,” says Kim White, project manager principal for OIT. “We have homework assignments, goal setting sessions, networking opportunities, and one-to-one meetings with our mentor.”
