It's the swim seen around the world.

Four Georgia Tech swim and dive teammates have gone viral after making a video of themselves practicing the form in a snowy situation.

After having the second day of their weekend meet at Virginia Tech cancelled, Aidan Pastel, Matt Casillas, Brad Oberg, and Colt Williamson decided to make the most of getting snowed in at their hotel.

But they weren't expecting the video of their snow-laden medley replica to get so much attention.

"I had to re-charge my phone three times because of all the notifications I was getting," Pastel explains.

So far the video has been seen over 9 million times on Facebook alone. That doesn't account for the countless media outlets who have requested to use the clip.

ESPN's SportsCenter, ABC's Good Morning America, and even the US Olympic Team have shared the video in some form or fashion.

But the video has been gaining traction internationally as well. BBC's World News service reached out to use the footage.

Pastel says he even was contacted by a Japanese news agency who wanted to share the video.

Interestingly one of the snow swimmers isn't even technically a swimmer. Matt Casillas, who is seen the video performing the backstroke, is a diver for the Yellow Jackets.
